Biggest fraud in India's History

Manufacturing of EVMs, like printing of currency notes, can not be outsourced to pvt. contractors and must be manufactured in PSUs like BEL or ECIL only. Else fraud of mammoth proportion, like GE 2014, will take place.

Each of the EVMs used in General Election 2014 must be checked by indiaevm.org technicians and recounted, if need be, under the supervision of SC and all political parties, or as a test case, they can check only the EVMs used in Varanasi constituency. Every political entity, except NDA, must be a party to the PIL, to be filed by Sanjay Nirupam in SC.
